Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian model and actress. The actress gained prominence in Australia due to her portrayal of Pepper Steiger, which she performed for over 100 hours in the Australian soap opera Neighbors between 2006 to 2007. Two of her projects led her to Hollywood in the form of the drama choral Hollywood & Wine which she played an aspiring Hollywood actor. In the ninth season Scrubs she was Maya who was a beautiful medical student. As a result, the complete series abruptly end. Then she continued to film a Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot, starring the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she played in B-series film and series shorts. In 2013 she got more exposed roles in six episodes of the series detective Franklin and Bash and her debut role as a permanent character in Chosen alongside Milo Ventimiglia. In the first two series she is also the solution for Chad Michael Murray. After that, she appeared in two other film features with air travel as the main theme. She is the flight attendant. Matador is a TV series which she co-created in collaboration with Gabriel Luna. It's a season of 13 episodes however, it is a Robert Rodriguez directed thriller where actors portray CIA agents was only created for a limited time. The pilot she has for her new show, however, is not a success. In 2015, she released a romance from a B-series Borrowed Moments poster with Brian Krause as well as appeared in comedy Witness for Rent, worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. The novel Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, also released widely. She has also appeared in five episodes of the Satisfaction TV series.
