Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. She was born Patsy McClenny on February 3 in 1950. Her popularity grew during the late 70s and early 80s through her continued roles in a variety of television shows in which she was seen as a glamorous actress. Fairchild began her career with the character Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow, a CBS show that aired on a daytime basis from 1973 to 1977. She performed the role of Jenna Wade in 1978, being the first actress who was able to do so. She was cast in 1980 as the role as Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), for which she won an Golden Globe Award nomination for the Outstanding Actress in a Television Series Drama. In 1984, she was a co-star in ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls and then appeared on Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and has played in television comedies like Murphy Brown, for which she earned an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in Comedy Series.
